Counseling
Pastoral
Jesus brings us salvation, spiritual adoption, deliverance from spiritual strongholds, and sanctification. Our part is to actively mature and grow in emotional and spiritual freedom. Learning to submit to him our brokenness, we live more boldly from his heart. We cannot do this alone. We need each other. We pursue our right to grow in Him through corporate worship, small group ministry, and personal discipleship. Occasionally, some continue to find themselves stuck in their pain and unable to grow and mature in Christ. Sometimes we need short-term direct coaching or spiritual counseling. If this describes you, fill out the Pastoral Coaching/Counseling Request Form and the office will reach out to set up an intake appointment.
Marriage
Marriage is God’s idea. Successful marriage requires intentionality to grow from both the husband and wife. Their relationship with Jesus is central to their marital health. At times, help is needed to grow in communication, forgiveness and barriers that inhibit emotional and physical connection. Leadership will come alongside the couple to help them understand that love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Both spouses need to be agreeable to meeting with the counseling team. If interested, please fill out the request form and someone will reach out to set up the initial intake.
Pre-Marital
Think you found your forever love? It’s a big decision. Submit a request for premarital counseling as soon as possible. You and your intended will have the opportunity to meet with a member of the pastoral team over a series of weeks. These meetings are engaging, enlightening, inspiring and informative. Outside work will be assigned so that the meetings remain focused and productive. Bringing Christ into the center of your marital covenant is key to enjoying all its benefits and blessings.
